Many of the above forms are on an external online platform called Jotforms. Your use of these forms is voluntary.

Use and Storage of Data.

Your form/survey answers will be sent to Jotform online platform where the data will be stored in a password protected electronic format and accessible only by selected KONE employees and KONE admin users. KONE may use your form/survey responses for its internal business and administrative purposes, as may be further defined in the survey (such as for analysing feedback or managing lotteries, event registrations or employee benefits that require registering or ordering). KONE will not share survey data outside KONE in identifiable format, unless required to do so by applicable law. Survey data is cleaned from Jotforms after 5 years from closure of the survey.
